Indonesian traditional chicken satay recipe, peanut shake, tongue shake

Ingredients :

CHICKEN SOAKERS:

  • Granulated sugar - 1 tsp
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Oil for sauteing - 2 tablespoons

  • Curly red chili - 4 pieces
  • Shallots - 6 eggs
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Candlenut, roasted - 3 eggs
SATE OLD:
  • Peanut sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sweet soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Margarine - 2 tablespoons
COMPLETE:
  • Shallots, sliced ​​- to taste
  • Cayenne pepper - to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce - to taste
Manufacturing Step :

1.
Mix the chicken marinade and stirred evenly. Coat it with diced chicken. Store in the refrigerator. Set aside.

Peanut Sauce / Sauce: Saute ground spices with orange leaves until fragrant. Add ground mashed, brown sugar, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Stir well. Pour water and cook until the sauce thickens and takes out the oil. Lift and set aside.

Remove the chickrn from the refrigerator and stick it into a skewer.

Prepare a non-stick flat grill / toaster / pan / skillet.

Mix the spread ingredients and stir well. Apply seasonings to satay.
