Ingreadient :

  • 1/2 tomato
  • sliced to tste cooking oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste sugar
  • 2 tbp soy sauce
  • 3 glasses of high water ground spices
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cloves of shallot
  • 1 cm turmwric burn
  • 1 tsp coriander roasted
  • 3 candlenuts. roasted
  • 4 large red chilies
  • 2 rrd cayenne,if you like it spicy
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, geprek
  • 1 sheet of orange leaf

Step :

1. Prepare ingredients that have been washed clean.




2. Uleg bumbu halus, kecuali serai dan daun jeruk



3. Heat oil, saute spices until fragrant. Add lemon grass and lemon leaves. Stir well.


4. Add water (the amount of sauce can be according to taste). Give salt, sugar, soy sauce. Let it boil


5. Add oyster mushrooms, cabbage, and tomatoes. Stir well. Taste correction. Allow to boil and cabbage withered. Lift.



6. Serve the oyster mushroom curry with a sprinkling of fried onions.
