Snack recipe : Crispy mushroom snack

Ingredient :

  • 10 pieces of white tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • taste of taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil


Step :

 1. Prepare to know. Then crush, then squeeze with a filter cloth until the water runs out.




 2. Mix tofu with all ingredients. Then knead until smooth, kneading tofu for a long time for 10 minutes without stopping so that the texture of the tofu is rather springy.

 3.Tofu forms into a ball. And leave it for 3 hours.



 4. Then fry the tofu with no hot oil in the beginning. After becoming enlarged, the fire continues to fry until the tofu dries (until the explosion in the oil decreases). If it is brown, lift and drain. (If the tofu skin hasn't dried completely, then the tofu will go flat again)





 5. Round Tofu Ready to be served.😍😍😋😋
