Gulai Kambing specal
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of mutton, 500 grams of goat ribs, cut into pieces
- 2 liters of water
- 3 pieces of orange leaf
- 1 lemongrass stalk, memarkan
- 1 sheet of turmeric leaves, tied
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 liters of coconut milk (1 coconut), 1 liter thick, 1 liter thin
- 2 candlestick grains
- 4 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
- 5 tablespoons of Spicy Soy Sauce, for serving
- Fried shallots sufficient to serve
Softened Seasoning:
👉 Soto ( Chicken Soup )
- 2 cm ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 spoonfuls of salt
- 8 red onions
- 12 curly red chilies
- 4 cm turmeric
- 5 candlenuts
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 2 cloves, roasted
- 3 deaf eggs, roasted
- 3 cardamom grains, roasted
- 2 cm cinnamon, roasted
- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
How to Cook:
- Boil the lamb meat and ribs until 1/2 soft.
- Saute ground spices, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, bay leaves, orange leaves, until ripe and fragrant
- Enter the seasoning into the meat stew and goat ribs, add runny coconut milk, cook until soft.
- Add thick coconut milk, stir so that the coconut milk does not break.
- Serve with Spicy Bango Sweet Soy Sauce and Fried Shallots.
