STMJ body warmer Drink Recipe

STMJ - One popular type of warm drink that is consumed is STMJ, short for milk-egg-honey-ginger. This drink is made from four ingredients.


Sometimes there are additions that add turmeric for more properties or cinnamon for better enriched properties.


 How do you make your own STMJ at home? Here we show recipes that can be put into practice.

Ingredients :
  • 300 ml of liquid milk
  • 5 cm ginger, bruised
  • 3 tablespoons of pure honey
  • 1 native chicken egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (optional)
How to make STMJ :

 1. milk with crushed ginger until it boils.

 2. Pour the boiled milk and ginger into a glass.

 3. Put the chicken egg yolk into the ginger milk,
     then stir quickly so it does not clot.

 4. Add pepper powder (optional) 3 tablespoons of
     honey or to taste. Stir until completely even.

Serve STMJ or ginger-milk-egg-honey while still hot.
