Ingredients needed:
- 30 gr Walnuts
- 200 gr Clean, diced mutton
- 65 gr Cut-palm dates
- 3 sliced green chilies Sliced
- 400 ml of yogurt
- 450 ml of fresh milk
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice

- 500 gr Rice that has been soaked and washed clean
Softened seasoning:

- 1 Teaspoon of Ginger Powder
- 1/2 Clove Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
How to cook Goat Briyani Rice
Heat a little oil in the pan and then put all the spices into it. Wait until the fragrant aroma is smelled while stirring.
Enter the rice that has been soaked in sauteed seasoning.
Enter the mutton which has been cut into pieces. Stir until evenly distributed, then pour the milk and add pieces of dates, and walnuts.
Keep stirring the ingredients such as liwet rice until completely cooked.
Add sliced green chili and lime juice, stirring slightly, and cover the top for just a moment
Remove the cooked briyani rice. Serve
