Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 5 plantains (whatever bananas can be sweet is important)
- 100 grams of bread flour
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- enough water
- to taste cooking oil
- to taste cheese
- SKM Chocolate (I use chocolate topping)
Step:
1.
Peel a banana and split in half lengthwise.
2.
Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add the stir water until it thickens.
3.
Don't make the flour mixture too runny, because this is for the bread flour adhesive.
4.
Dip one by one banana into the flour mixture, then enter into bread flour.
5.
Squeeze until it feels rough.
6.
Repeat steps 4 & 5 until the bananas run out.
7.
Fry in hot oil on medium heat.
8.
Keep the banana perfectly submerged in oil so that it cooks evenly, partially charred.
9.
Fry until golden brown so it is crispy.
10.
Remove the drain and serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese and SKM / chocolate topping earlier.
The crispy fried banana is ready to be served
