Ingredients Soto Ayam Lamongan
- ½ native chicken, cut into 2 parts
- 2 l of water
- 2 cm galangal, bruised
- 2 cloves
- 3 white lemongrass stems, bruised
- 2 ½ teaspoon salt

- Boil the chicken with galangal, cloves, lemongrass, and salt over medium heat until it boils and the chicken is tender, remove the chicken from the pan, set aside. Put back the pot of stock over the fire.
