Ingredients :

  • 1/4 kg of beff
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cloves of shallot
  • 2 Hazelnut seeds
  • 3 Curly Chili seeds
  • 3 Cayenne seeds
  • Ginger
  • Galangal
  • Lemongrass
  • Lime leaves
  • Bay leaf
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Step :

1.Blend the seasoning first


2.Saute the spices until fragrant then add bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass, laos and galangal and add a little water.





3.Then add the meat, wait until it is tender and the water has shrunk, then add salt, sugar and soy sauce, then taste the correction.
